7/8 weeks from clone, had nothing but water so far and a splash of miricle grow this week. Going to buy biobizz starter pack. Where on the feeding schedule would I begin going to keep plants in veg for a few more weeks. Also the 1/2ml/L is that liter once made up per plant?

Well... you should be feeding between 1.2 and 1.6 EC right now. With just the starter pack you'll probably be okay with half of what it say for veg on the bottle. Some bottle split it up into three stages of veg. Early, Veg, and Rapid (or vigorous etc). Go by the regular veg one and cut the nutes in half.
