Hi everyone! I've been growing 4 Female seeds Auto Gelato for quite 5 weeks and ALL of them are still in vegetative stage with no signs of flowering. They are receiving constant 18/6 light cycle like every autoflowering seeds. What do you think is the problem?

Lots of autos veg a bit longer now. Not surprising to see a auto veg a full 6 weeks before starting the switch. I wouldn't get restless yet. It's TRUE sometimes the offspring may not possess enough of the ruderalis genetics to properly autoflower. Bug if definitely give them more time before making that call and giving em a light cycle reduction to induce flowering. Patience is vital when growing cannabis! Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Ahhh the problem I HATE about autoflowers! This happened to me too! It’s actually nice because you can veg it longer and play around and get a higher yield—- problem is that you have to treat your “auto” like a photo! Gotta flipper. Good luck ✌️🏻💚🌿

It happened the very same thing to me, one out of two Gelato Auto didn't start flo at all. I've tried to put her to under 12/12 and she did flower, to reveg as soon as I put her again under 18, so I came to the conclusion she was photoperiodic and dump her, since I didn't want to put all 4 of them under 12/12. I hope is not your case, would be super weird if all of them are like this. 4F1M6 could be right maybe is a longer veg too. Best of luck with them!

Hi, that's append to me the first time I tried autoflowering : after 1¾ month, they're still en vegetative stage, growing slow but making laterals stems. Reducing the lighting period from 18/6 to 14/10 help my plants to start flowering. I assumed that the Ruderalis lineage wasn't strong enough in the stains I used and may still need separate photoperiod.
