I had lots of issues when I switched over to led,s.Is that 300w?On full at 30cm that wont be too much. Iv got over 2000 burning in my small bedroom. The best way to do it nowadays is the free phone app.PPFD Metre.Its around 500umols during veg and up to 900 during flower. I go 700 during wk1-2 then up to 900 for wks 3-6 then turn it down after wk6 to help preserve the terpenes.
