Given your setup and considering everything I see. I would send her to flower now (she WILL double the size if not triple). at that point I would also recommend more light if possible & Good airflow . Very nice job on the setup btw always love DYI 🙌 and yeah your question mustv been answered somewhere there..if not my bad.😂

The most general solution is to start flowering when your plants reach half the size you wish for them. When beginning to blossom, cannabis increases in height (30-40%) dramatically, so this tip prevents them from overgrowing. If you can handle any size, then probably 2-3 months of vegetation is enough. By the way, it is believed that the longer plants vegetate, the more long-lasting stone or high they induce.

You can put your plants into flower anytime. It generally depends on the health of your plants, capability of your grow space, training methods used, along with personal preference. ^ If your doing ScrOG average seems to start at 4 weeks of vegetation. ^ For any repotting, FIMming or Topping it is a good idea to start 2 weeks after your last cut to give your plant a chance to recover, with the average to be anywhere from 4 weeks to 8 weeks of vegetation. ^ If you have any deficiencies, PH issues, root problems or pests clear those up first as you do not want to be battling anything in flower that may cause yeild reduction, or worse death. ^Your plant may double in height so ensure you have enough room in your tent. A great article I found below helped me with my grow. https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-when-to-switch-your-cannabis-grow-from-vegetative-to-flowering-n1074 Great Luck & Happy Growing 🍃

Since your diary does not say what type of plant this is, giving an answer can only be general in nature. (where have I heard that before?) If it is an auto flower, you will not have to change a thing, it will start flowering no matter what lighting schedule you are using. If it is a photo period plant, you will need to switch to 12/12 to initiate flowering. This is best done when your plant either fills the grow area horizontally, like in a SCROG set up or when your plants reach about one third to half the available height for vertical growth. Although your grow chamber is rather impressive, a certain amount of light will be "lost" due to having to pass through the glass (reflection & refraction) and having the lights in direct contact with the glass, can cause heat issues for your lights and may diminish their effectiveness prematurely. After seeing the height of your DWC bucket, you vertical space is a bit limited, so I would concentrate on further LST until your space is more or less filled in horizontally, before switching to 12/12, if indeed it is a photo period plant, which may take another 1-4 weeks, depending ,obviously, on how fast your plant grows. If it is an auto flower, the plant will begin flowering when she is ready, regardless of what you do. Hope this helps,...... Organoman.
