Don't grow autos and photos in the same tent, their different lighting requirements will cause you a lot of grief.
Photos will not flower at 18/6 and autos won't produce very well at 12/12. If you only have one tent, it really is best to do one or the other, not both together.
My suggestion would be to stick with photoperiod plants - better yields, more stable genetics, generally better potency, less hassles, easier to control and much less electricity over a typical 12 week grow cycles. Autos also need big lighting to perform best and probably hydro works best too.
Obviously, the bigger the tent, the more room, meaning more plants or bigger plants. Go for the 4 x4 if you can.
Not sure what you are really asking, but specifications are easy to find on the various sellers websites or the tent manufacturers websites.
In a 4 x4 you could have anywhere from one plant to 16 or more in a "sea of green" type of set up, so depends on what you want to achieve. If you are new to growing, keep it simple while learning the basics, start with 1 or 2 photoperiod fems and work out the plants requirements and your own work routine before graduating to more complex techniques, would be the best advice I could give you.
Hope this helps,......
