When to let them grow up

Hi guys hope everyone is good out there. Do I keep bending them? I have pretty much been doing LST on them every night. How long should I keep it up before I let them clime up ? Thanks guys and have an epic day 🤙

you can keep training until about 2 weeks into flower, basically you just want to keep the canopy as even as possible until the early flower stretch is over, once its over the plant will focus all its energy into bud production. Happy growing.
