Orange "hairs" doesn't means anything except dry air. But white pistils means young one, so if you have all your "hairs" orange, your plant just did stop making new flowers. You must watch for trichromes turning from *milky* to golden, this is the only way to know if your buds are ready to harvest. If the pistils are all orange, and trichromes still clear & milky, I usually add a bit more Phosphorus (Guano Powder).
Anyway, I don't think your plant is ready yet, your buds haven't fatten, but it's may be caused by another parameter (like your "purple" light may not be strong enough (in my opinion, Blue & Red "purple" lights aren't good at all)).
