D-9This is my first grow and it’s been going swimmingly. I’m watering every 3-4 days and have already seen root growth poking out of the bottom. The Rockwell cubes are great, but next time I’ll put more soil over the top; I didn’t account for soil settling lower over time. All-In-All a good start, one of the 3 girls is a bit shorter and sprouted 2 days after the other girls… but she’ll be alright. It also looks like I watered only half of the smaller plant. It definitely dried quicker on one side, but I watered to runoff at the beginning of the D9 light schedule so I’ll continue to check the moisture an inch deep every 12 hours or so. D-10: my humidity during the 6 hours of darkness hits ~85%, so I’ll be shutting my humidifier off during those hours to see if I can keep the RH% ~70%. D-11 watered and measured the EC (2.0) and the PPMs (~1000) of my runoffs. Not worried about my PPMs since it’s the organic microbes in the soil/fertilizer I potted with and has slow release elements. The EC is slightly higher than I’d like, I want to get it down to 1.5 so my next watering will be slightly heavier… slightly. Also moved the lights to 18in since the little one started stretching sideways. Also put a twist tie and little bit more topsoil to give extra stability D12: growth is really starting to ramp up, I have a CO2 bag in the tent and I’m thinking it’s working really well. I exhaust into the room the tent is in which is why I’m supplementing with the CO2 bag. RH steady ~65% temp ~75F D13: at the end of D13 light cycle the pots were light af. I’ll be adding topsoil and watering once D14 light cycle starts. D14: Plants are droopy as expected, gave a watering. D15: Amazed at how quickly the girls perked up after the watering. They are looking healthy.

I’m only allowed 3 flowering and 3 veg plants at a time in my state, what would be the best training techniques to maximize space in my 5x5 with this short/bushy girl? I’m thinking topping, LST and scrogging after a long veg period to really grow out the branches.

Sounds like you’ve already answered your own question. There’s no much more to suggest. You listed the things I would do.

D16: Gave a good water, runoff- EC:1.9 PPM: 900 PH: 6.6. They seem to be drinking enough to be watered every 2-3 light cycles. Might transplant soon. D17: nothing has really changed, plants are perked up. Gonna be topping in the coming days. D18: I’m probably going to need to water at the beginning of D19, pots are already feeling light. D19: I decided to water the plants toward the end of the D18 light cycle because they were looking droopy and were very light. I would normally like to water at the beginning of light so the top soil has the best chance of drying out and preventing disease/pest. D20: CRAZY day… first I started topping the plants, as I was topping a gnat caught my peripherals!!! I Went to the garden shop, grabbed mosquito bits, cuz that’s all they had, went home and decided to transplant the girls on the same day I topped. This was the first time I’ve ever done any of these things and had it happen within 6 hours of each other. Held off on spraying the bits, haven’t seen anymore gnats today so unless they 1 gnat had the Kung fu grip I might be good. D21: I’ve seen 1 gnat since yesterday so I’m not thrilled but not too worried. I want to water because I know I need to, but I’m conflicted because of the gnats… I’ll probably water though. D22: pants are droopy from transplanting/gnats/nut deficiency… gonna make a tea for the next water

D23: Overwatering from D18-21 has really messed up the plants. Will need to water tomorrow though as it’s been about 3 days since watering and the top 2 inches are dry. D24: watered with mosquito bits mixed in, runoff PH: 6.7, EC: 1.9 & PPM: 900. I added a dehumidifier in the grow room to try and suck the moisture from the plants. D25: doing nothing today, bottom leaves that have yellowed are still droopy on 2/3 plants. D26: gonna give a feeding of molasses and foxfarm marine cuisine (10-7-7) tomorrow; topsoil is dry and have almost fully recovered from overwatering. D27: gave a light feeding via tea since the new soil from transplant has nutrients. PPM was 280 D28: LSTd… apparently I’m terrible at it cuz I’m afraid to break the stem. D29: Watered the 2 bigger plants, 3rd will get hers tomorrow. I’m getting tops on tops on tops.

D32: watered via bottom watering D33: did nothing, they are looking healthy again and the larger plants are getting nice n fat D34: Bottom watered 2 larger plants. D35: watered smaller plant and LSTd the larger ones. D36: watered pots that were light.

D37: One plant is really droopy post-LST. I’m sure it’ll pop back up in a day or two. D38: beginning to think I’ve been waiting too long between waterings. D39: watered larger plants, they’redroopy but I’m only watering when the pot is very light…. Soooo uh dunno. Going back to top watering. Runoff: PPM: 700 EC: 1.4 D40: plants are starting to lose their droop. I think they’re outgrowing the pots, might transplant to a 3 gallon fabric pot soon D41: watered. The leaves started to stand up, but went droopy the next morning. D42: transplanted the most droopy, the roots were pretty root bound so maybe that’s the issue D43: gave a compost tea of molasses and worm castings. PPM 1000 EC 2.1

For week 6 the 2 plants continued to droop. The medium must be running super low on nutrients.l because my watering schedule has been consistent and the smaller plant is thriving. I transplanted them into the 3 gallon fabric pots, but that didn’t really do much. 2 plants are responding well to the feeding

For week 7 added CalMag to the water for one feeding and will be making a compost tea for the next watering. Droop is still going strong and the deficiencies are showing in the fan leaves. The deficiency is mobile so I’m hoping the compost tea with molasses and Foxfarms l’ Marine Cuisine will curve that.

I gave a feeding 2 days ago on 11/11 and the droop seems to be slowed??? There were definite signs of nutrient deficiency, but I have no idea which, maybe potassium. I will try a lower ph on my next watering Lightning struck my house and destroyed my AC Infinity Cloudline T6. It will have been 5 days without an exhaust fan when I get my new one installed D64: will water later tonight D65: watered with Calmag PH 6.4. Installed the trellis, defoliated and LSTd w/bonsai wire. D66: Liking the color of the new growth and have already seen the trellis working.

D70 is upon and I will be sending these girls into flowers next week. I’d want to right now, but I don’t want to send stressed plants into flower. I have also noticed pistols, so I might have kicked them into flower on accident with a light leak somewhere at some point. L Watered with molasses, seaweed extract and mycorrhizae. D72: Defoliated and continued rearranging the canopy. D73: watered and top dressed with Dr. Earth tomato, vegetable and herb fertilizer

First week of flower starts today and I’m stoked! Worried about the droopy plant, but hopefully I’ll be able to pull at least an oz from here since she’s rather large.

2nd week of flower and the stretch is real. I think they’re stretching at least an inch everyday or so. Gave a watering w/molasses, CalMag+, and liquid seaweed on 12/08 12/08: switched the Iluminar iLogic 8 630W to 75% (I’ve gradually been ramping up the wattage from 50%). Will increase by 5% weekly which should bring to harvest with the lights at 100% for 1-2 weeks. Gave a topdressing of Marine cuisine, this should be the last high nitrogen feeding I’ll give.

My power went out before my lights came on, delaying their power-on time 2 hours. I’m currently in my second week of flower; should I let the lights shut off at the normal time (giving only 10 hours of light for today) or should I adjust the time to account for the 2 hours?

Sooooooo I’m like 75% sure I’ve had nutrient lockout this entire time. I’ve been giving these plants feeding for weeks now and none of the deficiencies have slowed, but I’ve got burnt tips. The nutrient lock is real… leaves are always changing to purple which means the reserve nutrients are being used… faaaar too early.

Continued to water with just PHd water. Runoff is crazy with the PH almost under 6 and PPMs around 800 still. 12/27: Runoff is 400 PPMs and my EC is .8. This should indicate my nutrient lock is over, but my plants look passed the point of no return.

2 plants have shown amber trichomes indicating they’re ready for harvest while the 3rd is showing little to no amber with all milky white trichomes. The only downside to harvesting the 3rd would be a loss in yield potential for the upside of more milky white richness. This week will be all water with a proper flushing on the 21st. My goal is to harvest next week so the plants have the opportunity to use all of their nutrients. They shouldn’t have much chlorophyll since the leaves look like garbage lol

This was my first grow and it showed. I had major watering issues (too much/little), fungus nats, power outages and had PHd with a broken PH meter causing my root system to be obliterated in two of the plants. The genetics seem to be really strong because I ended up with 8.9 ounces and had no idea how to fix any issues.

I used FoxFarm ocean soil and would say it’s “hot”. My plants burned without any nutrient additives and my current grow has done the same. I dry vape with a desktop vape, so flavor is kind of moot, but I would say it’s an earthy taste with a couch ridden hit.

@CT_Greenbean,it isn't but I'm used to pulling 6-8oz per plant so this one was a let down for me but I realise where I went wrong so managing to avoid the same mistakes on this grow... Good luck with the rest of the grow bro 😊
