Yellowing Flowering Plant not ready to harvest yet

I'm not very experienced in harvesting and the timing that goes with it. I would like to know what to do with my Biggest bud plant (The one that is starting to yellow in the left) Is it just ready for harvest or is it kinda dying from nitrogen Defieciency?

Not dying mate,she looks very happy.this is a typical,very natural yellowing meaning the plant is about to be done and you'll probably have a good smooth smoke.
