Looking at the plants in the photos, should i assume it to be a nitrogen deficiency? or would adding epson salt help clear out any nutrient lock out and help bring back green foliage?

Hi there,Plants at this age are still very sensitive to growing conditions. In your diary, it’s said the temp is about 30C and light distance is about 10inches.If this corrects, you should raise your light higher and try to lower your temp around 25~27C.Also your medium seems to very wet.How often do you water?I would say 10~50ml per day is enough for this age.Overwatering at this age could cause early yellowing.Don’t flood the medium with alot of run off.For me, I would correct those first and check the plant response. Then you can think about nutrient feeding or transplanting.Happy growing... ✌️

It looks as if your over watering which is causing the lockout, that soil looks extremely moist, and most of the time damaged foliage doesn't recover, so the leaves that are damaged now are done for but if this is the issue the new growth will be fine and since your so early on in the life cycle you'll be fine.

Also could be light burn, leds are strong and can be too intense for young leaves and chlorophyll is burned or inactivated, maybe raise the light or buy a low watts strip leds from online, seedlings love those!
