Growth stopped week 2, brown spots, purple leaves and stem

These plants havn't had the best start. I followed the house and garden feed chart but used roots gold instead of silver. Imonitored ph, temp, EC, humidity often, everything was good.?

everything you've mentioned sounds like a phosphorus deficiency (Purplish Or Reddish Leaves and Stem, and Stalled Growth). To fix this issue flush your system with clean, pH’d water that contains a regular dose of nutrients that includes phosphorus. This will remove any nutrient salts that may be affected the uptake of phosphorus and help restore pH to the proper levels.

Looks like too much light when the leaves are turning or too cold you can see purple stems
