All the other plants look great, only this one is a bit droopy, any tips?? Calmag is being given.
Side question, how should I adjust the lamp height? What's optimal?

Kicking ass, my friend! Looks like only a slight calcium deficiency to me as well. And I would say you've got your light just about where it needs to be.

18"-24" inches is optimal and as far as the leaves it does look like you're having a problem with calcium, shouldn't be anything a little Cal-Mag can't fix.
