Fan Leaf and top cola turning sideways

Hi, having problems with my Fan leaf and the top shoot turning sideways. The Light is at 50 cm distance from the top after pulling it up several times. Havent watered for 2-3 Days after soil being too moist. Watering was done with 1.5ml/l NPK 7 5 6. Its on its 4th week.

The plant looks healthy so I wouldn't sweat the occasional leaf doing it's own thing.

Could be from over watering. Also check the plant see if you have mites.Gl on your grow

When to use terra aquatica ripen? Wait until they look ready to harvest or when they look like they will be ready in 2 weeks while using ripen?I'm coming to the end & I think they need a few more weeks at least, but I may be just kidding myself, thinking they're gonna double in size.
I'm gonna use ripen for the final 2 weeks with a 48h flash clean before & after, so should I start now or wait for more amber trichomes?a year ago

VPDCan anybody explain to me the VPD concept?
my garden is very cold during night 13.5ºC as the minimum, humidity goes up to 72%
During day it usually goes to 21ºC and 52%
I´m watering the plants every 3-4 days (when they ask for it) with 0.75L on 6L pots
