Just wondering what the ruffled looking leaves mean if anything? The leaves on this plant look ruffled/wavy, is there something wrong w it or is it just getting in it's groove to grow? Advice input opinions greatly appreciated.

There is nothing wrong, no issues, just a perfectly healthy and normal seedling.
The first few sets of leaves can often show peculiarities, but it is nothing more than the plant working out "this whole growing thing".

Plant is looking good might be a pinch dry but at stage it don't take much. Besides that your healthy and on a good schedule. Good job🍻🍻🍻
