I’m still really new and get quite panicky when it comes to over/under watering my plants. Advice appreciated.

Let it dry until the first 2 inches of soil are dry, then water thoroughly so all the soil is wet not just around the base, this promotes better root coverage and repeat every time the first 2 inches of soil are dry, additionally you can pick up the pot to feel the weight and compare wet vs dry so you know kind of where youre at throughout the process Good luck!
