Personally for germination id just raise it all the way up and let them stretch for the light a bit. First set of true leaves you can drop it down to around 24" or whatever the manufacturer recommends

Can I use 18 on 6 off during flower when growing autoflowers and using ViparSpectra KS5000 LED at 100% power?I have a tent with a ViparSpectra KS5000 LED lights. If I am growing autoflowers and they are in the flower stage do I have to change the light/dark schedule from 18 on/6 off to 12 on/12 off or will it be ok to keep the lights on a 18/6 schedule since they are autoflowers?Week 4

Do I need to lower my lights?Do I need to lower my lights? I'm using a Kingbrite 240W Samsung lm301h and I just went into flowering period. I think the light is a bit overpowered for the room, so I've left it at about 21 inches above the tops of the plant. At this distance, all areas are getting 27k lux.

I'm thinking that the Led Light is to high, its around 70 cm from the plants, should I lower it down up to 50/55 or leave like that until Bloom, and on Bloom put it more close?

when to switch from 4k veg light to 3kI have 7 3 week old plants under 165 watt of 4k quantum boards. This is my first grow, currently in veg wk 5, using 8 x 6500K, 4’ T5HO. Flipping to flower in 2-3 wks, will use 4 x 3000K tubes and planning to get 4 AgroMax Pure Bloom tubes. Is 50/50 mix of 3000K and Pure Bloom a good combination of light?
