Personally for germination id just raise it all the way up and let them stretch for the light a bit. First set of true leaves you can drop it down to around 24" or whatever the manufacturer recommends

Inkbird humidity controller with small humidifier or humidifier with built in humidistat?Looking at buying a humidifier with built in humidistat as I’m going to be trying autos for the first time, tent humidity usually sits in the 35-50% range is fine for photos but autos like it higher. Lux Meter Apps on SmartphonesWhat are your thoughts on Lux meter apps? The app on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ is showing 16,600 Lux at the tops of the seedlings, and converting that to a rough PPFD shows 222.55/umol/s/m². Reading more, 15k-45k Lux and 200-400 PPFD is good for early veg.
