Personally for germination id just raise it all the way up and let them stretch for the light a bit. First set of true leaves you can drop it down to around 24" or whatever the manufacturer recommends

When did the flowering start?The LED panel, after switching (Ts600 Mars Hydro), stayed slightly on even during the dark hours. when to switch from 4k veg light to 3kI have 7 3 week old plants under 165 watt of 4k quantum boards. They seem to be stack tight. my question should I switch them up now to 3k 240w light to get a bit more height... or what I think I should do, be patient veg them 4 full week under 4k then veg a week or 2 under 3k.Setup.
