Id like to make sure I'm not wrong in positioning the TS600 60cm above the rockwool cubes for germination.

Personally for germination id just raise it all the way up and let them stretch for the light a bit. First set of true leaves you can drop it down to around 24" or whatever the manufacturer recommends
