How to make stronger smell and flavour in DWC grows?

Try this with an ounce or 2 see if you like. Best way I have found from some pretty big growers. Cut and trim your bud as soon as you crop. Dont leave any big stems. Put into a dark place to dry and after 4 or 5 days when the bud feels smokable but not quite put all the bud together in a container and close the lid until you see it's rehydrated. Maybe 20 minutes to half an hour. Now leave the container open and let the top start to dry, then bring the bottom to the top and let that start to dry. Repeat until it's all dry enough to smoke. Then you can jar it, but it may still need burping for the next few days. Great tasting and smell. People that smoke my weed always ask how I dry. I live by this method. Cheers

All the things mentioned already matter. Smell/flavor can develop during a PROPER cure(aka within RH range) and different branded "bud sugars" can help. Having had to chance to run comparisons from clones, I would include sun/soil vs indoor/hydro having a factor, at least with some strains. Indoor hydro is often mellow and smooth with sun/soil combos can produce some complex profiles. Alternatively introducing a led with a good UV range can sorta mimic that benefit of the sun.

Cure your buds in jars for 3-6 months The smell and flavor will take off!

Are you curing your buds? If not I suggest curing for 30 days with a rh of 60% and burp twice daily for the first week and once daily over the next 2 weeks just make sure buds are dry before curing
