Rehydration soil (water not absorbing properly)

Poke holes in the soil with a skewer or knitting needle or another long think object, keep poking holes maybe 20 times then water and once u watered poke more holes again from top to very nearly the bottom. This will help the water get to the packed soil

After watching your video, I really can't see any issue. I am not sure what you are expecting, but all looks fine to me.

I'll be honest man and say your plant looks awesome. Not really seeing an issues with the watering apart from it drains very quickly. How much perlite did you put in? Don't know what else to tell you.

in some runs iam having that problem with airpots,,,,, so i take once in the week the airpot into my shower and give them abath and ashower from above, that means i let them stand into the shower, put the shower very low and let the water run into and out of the pots for along time..... soetimes i take the pots and let them drown into another bucket, and soak up ( in summer the outdoor plantss) to avoid that i try to water daily
