Cookies kush: Transplanting pot sizes

When you guys are transplanting from solos cups do like to go to 1 gallons or do you like to go straight to 5 gallon?
I have either 1 gallon or 5 as options right now and I want my ladies in a new home this weekend ✨

You can do either . But personally would go to the 1 gal then the 5 gal later . I find potting up you get faster growth .

You should transplant into the gallon. Let them build up roots in that. Then transplant into a 3-5 gallon best of luck on your grows.
