No, they are just primordia/pre-flowers and an indication of gender.
Flowering will commence in 2-3 weeks time, as indicated by small "tufts" of pistils developing at the growing tips of the branches and main stem.
Your plant will still need "grow" nutrients with nitrogen until about the second/third week of actual flowering.
Personally I like to feed with grow nutrients for the first 2-3 weeks, feed the next 2 weeks with half grow and half bloom nutrients then switch to bloom nutrients only, through to the end.
