No matter how much PH down is added, my water naturally skyrockets back to a 6.4-6.5 because of the reused hydroton (regret reusing it)

Brown/copper spots random and throughout the canopy.So beginning of week 9 I started notice some browing/copper spots on random leafs throughout the plant. Dark shiny waxy leaves?I have grown for about 3 years.its my first time dealing a bag seed that's completely beautiful.Seems to be growing like a sativa but with super dark leaves that are sturdy and waxy/super shiny.
