I'm leaning towards high temperature issues; the brown spots on the leaves are the result of spraying them with water, and the water droplets, combined with the light, act like a magnifying glass and burn the leaf. It's nothing serious, just aesthetic. But try not to spray them too often; once a day or every other day is more than enough.
As for the leaves curling up, you should try to reduce the temperature in your grow room. Aim to keep it between 22 - 26 degrees Celsius. If you still can't get it down that low, at least try to keep it below 28 degrees Celsius.
Remember that plants struggle to photosynthesize at temperatures above 27 degrees Celsius, and they won't grow.
Relative humidity: This is also important; it should be at 60% for optimal conditions, but you can keep it between 40% and 65% relative humidity right now. You'll need to reduce it during flowering.
Damaged leaves won't improve, but the new ones should. Your plant is stressed, so be very careful with them to avoid stressing them out again.
I deduce that the light distance isn't an issue because I see your plant has some stretching, so I imagine you've placed it a bit far due to the high temperature.
Good luck with your Grow!
