only cutting her down by 3 hours should not cause her to flower she wont like it and it will most likely stress her but Im sure she wont flower if thats your concern. drooping down leaves is often a sign of over watering though it can also happen natrally when the plants are just waking up from being in the night cycle. its just her starting to produce oxygen which she will continue to do so until the lights go off and then she will droop again and the cycle continues :)
