You have root issues I would bet. Your media looks to much like dirt to be in a container. You need to mix in at least 25% perlite, vermiculite, hydroton, or some other coarse inert media that will allow proper airflow and drainage to root area. You can remove the plant very carefully removing all the dirt taking care to not damage the roots. If they are not white then that’s your problem. You can spray the roots with 50/50 water/hydrogen peroxide mix to kill any fungi or bacteria (good included) then repot carefully in correct media. Happy Growing and good luck! 🍀

Overwatering with too many nutrients mayb? They dont need nutrients every time you water. Sometimes water alone is just fine. Or water with a little calmag or magsulph depending on the stage you are in. The day i planted my seeds i added water ofcourse, but it took like 13 days for it to dry out and needed water again. That was like 11 days ago and they still look fine. Dont try to mess with them too much at an early stage! Just leave them alone! :D
