Since like 10 days, around the time the Lemon started flowering and I have started to remove some leaves in the bottom and to the sides to keep the monster grow in check, the leaves of the middle to top of the plant started to turn yellow and eventually dry out

The "problem" is getting worse by each day, the fan leaves are dying, but the buds are swelling, so whatever maybe it is just the way it is, shouldn't be too long to harvest anyways 😁

I am using a liquid test solution by T.A., it reads yellow to light green - should be fine I guess I have corrected PH a week ago (it was at around 5), so it shouldn't be an issue anymore (if it ever was, for that matter)

Sorry I made a mistake. I meant to say have you tried calibrating your ph meter? There are calibration solutions on the market for both ph and ppms.

I have adjusted PH (6), temperature (18 to 28) and humidity (40-55%) as well as added epsom salt (100g) along with 25 liters of fresh water EC now reads 1250 The EC meter is reading close to zero for distilled water and around 220 for tap water, is the an other way to verify that it reads correct?

Looks like the ph of your nutrient solution is off. Have you tried to calibrate your EC meter?
