I've seen some similar things, likely genetics and conditions. It's not necessarily overwatered (at least it doesn't really look like it to me, but I'm assuming the very light/bright green is just the lighting/photo), simply the fact that those sort of plants often have much heavier/thicker leaves, which of course is affected gravitationally, but they also often have a tendency to curl. Keep that in mind when trying to "gauge" the health of the plant. So, assuming you are giving the plants the same amount of water roughly, it shouldn't be overwatering. And assuming those plants look darker green IRL, you shouldn't have to worry much.

Yeah it’s just the lighting there a bit darker in person using the light wave t5 tube lights there very white and I didn’t think I was overwatering this was just after I had watered I had taken the picture , there taking about a half litre each every other day so I presume it’s just down to genetics the curl , I had just repotted a few days before hand aswell so that’s why they were a little droopy possible stress from that thankyou both for responding

Too much water pal if you look in some of the pictures the leaves are drooping downwards typical sign of over watering. Do not fear just let her dry out and she will be fine when watering next time only really water when the medium is compleatly dry this is so you know shes uptaking what she should and also try to only water around the base of the plant not the whole medium and also stop as soon as you see water coming out the bottom of the pot. shes doesent need much at this stage less is always more when it comes to seedlings :)
