Will those become new tops? Or just flowers

I’ve noticed it all depends on the strain or plant. I’ve sent them to 12/12 just like that and had them grow into 2 foot branches from stretching, and I’ve had ones that just remain stuck and don’t stretch out and just grow a bud there

Those two little spots will grow to be branches. They will become the top of your plant, but it will not continue to grow upward to create anything new. Basically, cutting (topping) your plant there arrests its upward growth and causes the plant to expend its efforts in making the plant grow out, and not up. Eventually those two will develop bud sites of there own during the flowering stretch and begin to produce bud. Good job, and best of luck with the rest of your grow!!

Yeas those will be the branches from that node. Depending upon when will be how much they develop. Good luck

what week? and have they gone into bloom? If you cut the branch in the middle, they will be the new branch -1 x2 are in good condition.
