Would you all use this in your water when trying to give oxygen to the roots? Iām noticing some really dense, not drying up that quickly soil so itās making me think that they canāt breath. I donāt know, just making sure every part of the plant is happy & healthy.

No, that product does not provide oxygen. It's a human dietary supplement. I would use crystals or copper bracelets first.
