Can someone please tell me what this white powder is on my leaves

That is a mold infestation called, WPM or White Powdery Mildew. Defoliate all affected areas immediately and foliar rinse/root drench with a Fungicide type product.

Thanks guys I've stripped the infected leaves and sprayed them with foliar spray managed to get the last leaf off just as the lights went off, I've also moved my fans around to increase the airflow through the canopy and around the tent. Thanks again guys really appreciate the advice

Agree White Powdery Mildew. Like buddy said cut off those leaves also crank up the air flow. Spray down plants with 6 parts water to 1 part milk with a teaspoon of baking soda. Make sure you shake well before the spray. Gl

It’s Powdery Mildew. Relative humidity might be too high and/or not enough airflow moving between the leaves.
