White mold on surface of soil

I am new to growing and I have a question about white mold on the surface of the potting soil. Plants look good growing indoors and are not yet 10 days old. Don’t believe it’s a watering or drainage issue, full spectrum lighting on 24/7, any thoughts?

It’s called the mycelium, it’s a beneficial fungus, signs of a healthy living soil.

Are you using bokashi? That’s ok! Make sure you are not over watering. I grow the mold via bokashi intentionally on my soil! Beneficial microbes, and myco! Good luck! ✌️🏻💚🌿💨
