Are these pollen sacs?

I am not sure about this 1 particular plant. The buds look really strange to me Pretty big but they don't really look covered in trichomes.
digging deeper i do see something that worries me are these pollen sacs? do males produce buds like this?

4 plants in 3x3. One plant, which I think has very different genetics, does not seem happy. All other plant left doing great AFAIK. Should I osolate it?Problem plant. No plant left behind! Was fehlt meiner Pflanze?Is there a nitrogen deficiency in my plant? For almost 2 weeks, the leaves of my Cookies Gelato have been getting lighter and smaller, plus there are many dry spots on the leaves. In the photos, you can see Day 61 and Day 49 where the plant was still quite green.

Plants do not bloomHi. On 23.08 I changed the light mode to 12/12 (before that it was 36 hours of darkness) but the plants still haven't bloomed but showed gender. The problem is that there is about 10 cm left to the lamp and I can no longer train it. How long can the plant stretch?Week 5
