Hi mate, those longer "bits" are new leaves coming in. She is about to show sex, you can see on the image where you've topped. (image 1) its just a little early to say. At a guess I think she will be female. But you will know for sure in a few days.. just look for those little white hairs (pistils) Hope this helps 🙂
