12 days since popped, bottom leaves brownish

Any clue what could be causing the brown spots on the bottom of these leaves? I wondered if maybe touching the soil or maybe from me touching the leaves. Happened after watering. No pests that I can detect. Any tips or ideas or just should I keep an eye on it and not worry yet?

Genetic mutation ?Pink Kush has some leaves with little to no pigment all emanating from one node site. The rest of the plant is healthy and growing well with no ill effects noted. I haven't cut the "mutated" growth out and was going to let it go just out of curiosity. Should I be concerned?

LIGHT STRESS? VIGOROUS GROWTH SIGNS? OR NUTRIENT IMBALANCE?Not sure if I have light stress, nute issues? growth rates are defined explosive, leaves large and green. I hit 36 DLI one day in the most recent week and I felt like they weren't ready. Temps 84f humidity 72%. Ppm 400-450 ish. DLI 30 usually.

Nutrient lock out hot soil question - stunting starts on 3rd set of leaves always?I noticed that they always deteriorate when the third set of leaves are forming. Leaves always droopy?Is it normal for some strains to have droopy leaves? It seems like no matter the time of day or water schedule my leaves never quite perk up like they did on my last grow. The fan leaves on this particular plant are massive so maybe their weight won’t allow them to perk up??
