12 days since popped, bottom leaves brownish

Any clue what could be causing the brown spots on the bottom of these leaves? I wondered if maybe touching the soil or maybe from me touching the leaves. Happened after watering. No pests that I can detect. Any tips or ideas or just should I keep an eye on it and not worry yet?

Disfigured leaves on one plant, same strain as second plant, should I worry?Hi, could you look at both plants, one looks slightly disfigured. Both are the same batch of seeds. Is it something I should be concerned about? They are like, I don't know, have more teeth than the other plant, have holes on edges and are narrower. Or is it normal for first?

Brown spots - can you tell what that is?Brow spots appeared on middle to top leaves (lower leaves are perfectly fine).
I'm using a common soil "ready to use" from a gardening supply store + Earthworm Humus + some inert substrate, and didn't add any veg fert
Can you tell me what it might be happening and how to fix it?

Minor damage to a few leaves found today - what is it?I am trying to determine the cause of damage to a few leaves that was observed this week. It may be two different problems. On a few leaves, I see brown spots which may have originally been white. On another 2 leaves, I see a burn hole through the leaves with brown edges.

Please help? All the leaves are getting discolored especially the bottom ones. The upper ones also appear discolored and she looks unwell overall. I gave her a flush on Day 78 and added bloom nutes but 4 days later (Day 81) and I am not seeing any improvements.Week 12
