Can anyone advise if this will bud/flower up. It’s my first grow, it’s had a few issues such as weather and pests but any advice would be helpful as I’m a newbie 😂

How to reduce yield? (without reducing quality)Can I prune down to 3 or 4 colas? When? Or better to let it grow normally and compost the extra? I've found it too easy to grow way more than I can use. Found a nanner in one of my buds.
