If you can get something on a timer you could water for a set time everyday or every other day. You could get a small reservoir connect it to a water timer. Put an airstone in the res with water. Attach dripers to the water timer. Have the res higher then the top of the plant pots so gravity does the job when the timer is open.

I would say you got 3 to 4 weeks left easy. You will probably be ready to start flushing when your away. If you can find a way to flush them while your away would be good. If no one knows about your grow then keep it that way and don't get someone in to water. Look into a cheap gravity system you can try and set it up before you go away and then use it whilst away.
