Different rates, same seeds. Ideal harvest time?

How long left for these two plants? They are a week behind their "estimated" harvest date, and im putting that down to them only having 12 hours of light whilst the others in the tent are flowering.
One hasn't started any trichome production yet but the other is getting frosty.

The package date is not right. Looks like they are heavy flowering right now. I would boost potassium and phosphorus and watch.

Harvest autoflower so soon?Auto Gelato from Ganja Farmer. Its day 58 and the trichomes are cloudy and the pistils are red/orange. The buds are beautiful and fragrant but still pretty small. No bud mass but some lower white hairs already turning orange?white hairs lower on the plant are already turning orange. No bud mass. Some rusty-brownish markings on lower leaves probably from too low ph water when my ph tester lost calibration. No hermi/sac signs.only been nute-fed 2 times total, with 1/4 rec’d amount. UnderH2O’d maybe?
