There's no need to worry, your plant is still a "baby". The flowers it will make will remain small until it takes its final form and start giving it's energy to the flowers a.k.a Flowering Stage. Think of it like a pre - Flowering Stage having the flowers earlier ready for when Vegetation Stage finishes.

Hi @happytimes! Short version: yes you can! Long version: a properly done transplantation can have almost zero impact onto growth/flowering, but on the other hand if roots get injured, if the operation is badly done, or if the medium is not exactly the same, you will take a big risk, since this will lead to stress. Next time I'd recommend to try AirPots or SmartPots since they prevent rootbound by auto-pruning the roots. In this situation I would proceed to transplantation very carefuly.
