There's no need to worry, your plant is still a "baby". The flowers it will make will remain small until it takes its final form and start giving it's energy to the flowers a.k.a Flowering Stage. Think of it like a pre - Flowering Stage having the flowers earlier ready for when Vegetation Stage finishes.

Hi @happytimes! Short version: yes you can! Long version: a properly done transplantation can have almost zero impact onto growth/flowering, but on the other hand if roots get injured, if the operation is badly done, or if the medium is not exactly the same, you will take a big risk, since this will lead to stress. Next time I'd recommend to try AirPots or SmartPots since they prevent rootbound by auto-pruning the roots. In this situation I would proceed to transplantation very carefuly. Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊

@Happytimes, What type of medium are you using my friend? By the sound if things you gave to much feed to early? If using a good soil, most have a npk ratio. This means that the medium has some nutrients mixed in. So no need for feed for the first 2 week's. Just water 👍 Good luck with this grow my friend, we will be watching with interest 👍 All the best Mark..

@Happytimes, I have tried to rectify this to the best of my ability my friend. I asked for proof of our seeds that failed with a receipt from where you purchase. You then sent me a Dutch passion tin and a receipt for Dutch passion seeds €29. After that you were very rude to me, swore at me and still I offered to send some seeds. I don't know what more I can do. This just is not right imo. All the best Mark..

@Happytimes, Going of the pictures I would say 25-30 days old mate. Which means the vertical growth will increase and bud production will really start to kick in 👊 Good luck my friend as your entering bloom 👍 All the best Mark..
