What deficiency could this be?

I could not find a diary for this plant and without more info, it makes it difficult to give a specific answer to your question. It does look very pale though and could need some more nitrogen, however the brown spots look like mould/fungus from being either too wet all the time or in a too humid atmosphere for too long. Also possibly very poor air circulation. But without knowing exactly what conditions this plant is growing under, all one can do is guess an answer. Cheers, Organoman.
