Nute burn or pH Flux

Colossus

Ive noticed the tips are the faintest of yellow. Maybe ive mistaken Nute Burn for pH Fluctuations? Diagnosing: pHing both tank and run off showed different ranges. My CYCO Coco pre-mix was ph buffered. The De-Gnat agent that goes over the coco for mite protection maybe causing.

Looks more like mechanical damage to me, from the leaves hitting the edge of the pot when the fan is blowing on them, most probably at night when the plant has lowered its leaves to the "resting" position. The lowest leaves going yellow are due to being in too much shade. Both these things are fairly normal occurrences and do not need any remedies. Your plant will grow normally, there will be no yield losses or potency reductions caused by either of these two things. The uber faint yellow tips can be a sign of impending nitrogen excess. Make sure to water until run off each time, this will help prevent nutrient salts from building up to toxic levels in your substrate and causing any issues or burning. Hope this helps,........ Organoman.

Thanks heaps lads for the updates, im not sure if i had added the reading of my Nutrients wrong. I added 150ml to 50L of water And lowered this week to 100ml to 50L res.. not 100ml per L but over the whole tank :) Organoman has me rubbing my hands together, i havent flushed the system at all yet do u recommend normal tap water phed to 6-6.5? So going by this i shouldnt be stressing for much - keep eye on Nitrogen deficiency?

My bad, I've looked through the photos and I think I've misunderstood the post a little. I dont think that you're feeding 100ml/L right? That's the total amount of nutes per mix? I've just seen the leaf damage you were actually referring to and I also agree with organo. My bad, I should have looked in a little more detail 🤦‍♂️😝

Hi mate, I have just checked your diary and I can see you've added 100ml/L of each feed. If this is correct then you need to flush ASAP. You will be on your way to an extreme toxicity. Your nutrient recommendations do not exceed 11ml/L at any point during the whole grow. The dark leaves and burnt tips suggest a nitrogen toxicity. Similar symptoms to my current grow, that I am trying to get dialed in.
