Why are my branches not growing together/even, I got them from clone and I want to try mainlining a plant but makes it hard to count nodes to tell where is good to top

With a clone the nodes are at intervals rather then having sets of nodes opposite each other. Mainline is possible with it. If you do an Internet search for Mainline a clone it should come up with some good techniques.

Any way to save my clones, and have healthy clones from these? I took these about 7 weeks ago and life got ahead of me. The plants these are from are greatI took these clones 7 weeks ago and never got around to transplanting them. As you can see, they are rootbound, stretched, and stunted. My question now is, is there any way I can make these clones usable? If not, it's a lesson for next time, but I want to use these clones.3y ago
