When you use correct watering practices you run into less problems. In soil the ph range goes from 6 to 6.8 and you should vary your ph as different nutrients are absorbed at different ph. Also you need to water so you have run off coming out the bottom. If you get an Ec pen you can check your strength of nutrients going in and coming out. Also don't feed with every watering, try every 2nd or 3rd watering with feed.

Looks like pottasium lock. I had simillar issue . I got advice to Check runoff ec if is High mean lock if low deficency . In my case girls was hungry I hope this help

I'm even spraying a solution of tap water, algamic, fishomix.
