How to deal with problem insects, outdoors?

Any tips on dealing with insects in an outdoor bed grow? Invasive caterpillars are a problem in my area, could also be mites or gnats involved. I have praying mantis eggs on the way, and have used insecticide 3 times, conservatively. Any ideas are much appreciated, thanks!

Hey mate, Get some neem oil. Cover your soil and all your leaves with it. Its organic and isnt too bad for your plants. You cant mix it with straight water as it's an oil. You'll need to mix water with some soap to get it to mix in. Heres an a link that will tell you all you need to know about neem oil. You can pick it up from Amazon for pretty cheap https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-neem-oil-the-organic-pesticide-of-choice-for-cannabis-n657#:~:text=Neem%20oil%20can%20act%20as,the%20serious%20organic%20cannabis%20grower. Hope this helps 🙂
