Stunted from tractor! Will they get back at growing normally?

After the "tractor accident" (check July 2nd comment for additional info) , will they grow normally or will they stunt and stay bonsai? I know there's no math at It,so i would like Just ti Hear your opinions.

I think it will be OK from getting covered. I would be more concerned that the farmer used a pre and/or post emergent herbicide. I don't think the fungicides & insecticides will pose a problem but residual broadleaf herbicide could be an issue.

@weedismylifestyle Only a few centimetres of this bad soil.are covering the good soil Before transplanting i digged and fulfilled with all mix soil, but then I covered it with some native soil just to make it more stealthy thus To not get farmer's attention! Soil isn't the problem ;) I had mechanical issue
