rain and dew point being high I think she is still suffering from overwatering, I'm worrying that she will develop root problems soon. Should I put her under my 125CFL To dry or just let nature continue? NB I'm not watering her at all. See my other diaries for comparison.

Nutrient burn=Stop all nutes and flush your medium. Night temp=Bring it up to around 18 at least, as your growth has been stunted. Any container that can create a green house effect will help, for day time and night. that will bring your temperatures up.

I would stop all nutes, a 14 liter pot should last at least 9 or 10 weeks without nutrients. As for the rain, unless you can put her under some kind of protection, like a greenhouse, I would put her inside under the CFL

It’s a mix of too much water and too much fertilizer. I would remove some of that fertilizer. It should be fine to remain outside as it’s still in veg so higher dew points won’t hurt it.
