Did I use too much fertilizer, or are the leaves a reaction from trimming? I removed everything today that isn't getting light so that air can circulate better.

It's not nutrient related it's to do with lack of moisture in the air. Just try to increase humidity or decrease extraction. 🌱👍

What do you mean by flushing for one or two seconds? The temperature hasn't changed, but the ladies are growing closer to the lamp.

has temperature increased lately? Easy to irrigate with water-only for a second or two, if you think it is toxicity brewing based on recent behaviour.
It can look a little upset after a trimming, but shouldn't cause curl and other similar things in any normal circumstance.
