Looks similar to what I'm experiencing with one of mine. Leaves going very pale. I checked my ph and thats fine so my conclusion after about 10 days is I have been watering to much or to frequent and over watered.

Ppm on blueberry cheese auto in coco coirMy ppm on auto flower was at 850 during late flowering ! I tried to increase this fed it 2times last two days and the numbers are actually dropping ! Yellow/Brownish colored tips of leaves.So, my girl now is 11 days old, while i was looking at here i noticed that the tips of the second pair of true leaves is soightly yellow/brownish colored, im worried for my plant.
