I have a space cookies that I’m growing and the stems have been a very dark purple is this because of stress or genetics

If it is a severe purple it is magnesium deficiency. In your case it appears as part of plant growth. Usually close to flowering they get some lines in them. Is nothing to worry about.

Same for my wedding gelato, the red stems appeared after 30 days of growth. It scared me at first, but now that I'm close to harvest and I haven't had any deficiencies, I think it was just the genetics of the strain 😁👌 So no worries, your plant might end up with a beautiful autumn color 👌👌

Simply put, cannabis can turn purple due to high quantities of a compound known as “anthocyanins”. ... Anthocyanins are a water-soluble compound which is present in some cannabis strains. The compound can turn the cannabis leaves and buds into a variety of purples and blues which may even appear dark green and black.

Calcium deficiency or overfed?Hi.
This is about my Apricot Auto which already suffered the yellow tips/edges. I took that as the result of heat/light stress.
Now she also developed discoloration and brown spots on some of the leaves. It looks like a Calcium deficiency to me, but I am quite uncertain.

Older leaves are yellowing, brown/red rusty spots, dying tissue, red stems.Older leaves have brown/red rusty spots and looks like dying tissue in between the veins.
Burnt tips, and yellowing leaves.
The soil was really dry and my PH meter was 0.4 too high.
I gave each plant 3L of water with EC: 0.0 PH: 6.4 to check runoff.
Runoff was PH: 6.1 EC: 0.8
