This one plants has some flowers falling apart, and upon inspection, I found some doodies. My question is, are these flowers ready to harvest? The plants are 25 weeks old.

Buds falling apart and poop = caterpillars. Inspect carefully. Pistils going brown is normal and a sign of the progression of the plants' ripening/maturation. When your plants' flowers have 90-95% brown pistils/stamens, this is about the time when to start thinking about harvesting. Going by your pictures I would say you have another 3-4 weeks at least. Not sure about your grow techniques, but 25 weeks is a long time already. Good luck with your girls, the outdoor ones look great. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Is it normal for pistils to get brown like that? I think the heat has been detrimental to the plants, but my pH is high also.

Doesn’t look ready to harvest to me—- looks like it needs weeks.
