if, and I’m saying if, I had to harvest too early (with opaque trichomes but few or no amber trichomes, is there a posthumous possibility to mature the buds a little, to tend towards indica and less sativa?

No, not noticably.
THC composition is more or less fixed at the time of harvest, with very little chemical alteration occurring after harvest.

How much longer do you think?Mother was chopped at 65-75 days and looked like these buds do. This clone is on day 45, buds seem more mature at 45 days or maybe just fatter due to better care. Trichomes and time to harvestDid check on trichomes in week 12 (7 flower). Distribution was something like 0% amber,10% milky, 40% cloudy, 30% slightly cloudy, 20% clear.
