You have weeks still before harvest. Get yellow sticky traps, diatomaceous earth powder for the top layer of soil, and an ipm spray for soft bodied insects.

The plants don’t actually look as bad as I was expecting by the post. Your still a long ways from harvest though. Try your best to keep them going. I would say let them go another few weeks. Yellow sticky strips and a vacuum to suck up the gnats. Rough up the top of the soil to get the gnats up and flying and suck up as many of those little flies that you can. I have always been able to keep the gnats at bay, this way.. Cheers
